Service Delivery Policy

GoTelugu is a digital service. Access is delivered online and activates immediately after payment — nothing is shipped.

Effective date: 31 July 2026

In short

  • Digital service only — no physical goods, no shipping.
  • Pro access activates within seconds of payment.
  • Not activated within 30 minutes? Contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

1. No Physical Shipment

GoTelugu.in sells access to a web-based software service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product. There are no shipping charges, no couriers, and no delivery addresses.

This page exists because payment providers require a stated delivery policy for all merchants, including those selling purely digital services.

2. How Delivery Works

Access to GoTelugu Pro is provisioned automatically to your account once payment is confirmed by our payment partner.

  • Timing: immediate — typically within a few seconds of successful payment.
  • Where: the features unlock on the GoTelugu account you were signed in to at the time of purchase.
  • Confirmation: a payment receipt is emailed to the address on your account, and your plan status is visible at any time under My Plan.
  • Access method: any modern web browser at gotelugu.in. No download or installation is required.

3. If Access Does Not Activate

In rare cases, bank or network delays mean payment confirmation reaches us later than expected. If your Pro features have not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment:

  • Sign out and sign back in to refresh your plan status
  • If it still has not activated, email support@gotelugu.in with your payment reference

We will either activate your access manually or issue a full refund. You will never be charged for a period you could not use — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Service Availability

GoTelugu is available continuously, worldwide, subject to scheduled maintenance and circumstances outside our reasonable control. We aim to give advance notice of planned maintenance that would meaningfully interrupt the service.

Some features depend on third-party providers. Interruptions at those providers may temporarily affect specific tools while the rest of the service continues to operate.
